The Heron 506 Canal Boat Information...
There is full radiator central heating on the boat. A 200 gallon water tank supplies the hot and cold running water. There is a double-filtered drinking water system. The saloon and bedrooms have carpeting.

The Alvechurch Heron is a 58ft long, 5 berth semi-traditional stern narrowboat. It has a quiet water-cooled diesel engine with simple to use controls.

Heron 506 Layout options
As this is a 5 berth boat, there is a choice of a double berth or two singles in the rear cabin and fixed double in the centre cabin, all of which have interior sprung mattresses. An optional dinette/single is available in the saloon.

Heron 506 Facilities
Radio/CD player; colour TV/DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a 4 burner gas cooker with grill and oven; refrigerator; sink and drainer; saucepans; cooking utensils; crockery and cutlery appropriate for the number of berths. There is plenty of storage space and work surfaces. Also supplied are a microwave; toaster and Cafetiere The bathroom comes complete with a wash hand basin, electronically operated flush toilet, and a hip bath/shower. A 240v shaver socket is also available.
